· Min 2 years work experience at the same level

· Strong Personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented

· Excellent command of spoken & written English

1. Hold Minimum D3 from Tourism and Ticketing, age max : 40 years old

2. Having experience in the same position minimum 1 - 5 years

3. Good command in English

4. Communication skills and customer satisfaction oriented

5. Having a good personality

6. Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet

7. Having good knowledge operating CRS (Abacus/ Galileo) for ticketing

Purpose of the Job

To provide service in term of typing official business communications for most of the staffs and all kind business trip reservation for flight, hotel, visa, passport and allowance in line of Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).



Responsibilities

Provide services all kind business trip reservation for flight, hotel, allowance, visa and passport (if abroad business trip)
Ensure all business trip arrangement on schedule
Ensure that budget and accommodation for all business trip in line of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Requirements

Female maximum 25 years old
Minimum D3 majoring in Administration / Management / Secretary from reputable university
Experience and fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Capable to arrange business trip (ticketing, hotel, passport, visa and allowance)
Proficient in computer (Ms Office)
High integrity, initiative, team work and flexible.
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to work with challenges target
