The Sales/Account Executive will be reporting directly to the National Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include developing new accounts, maintaining the existing accounts and reviewing sales budgets and forecast in order the assure company profitability and growth. To achieve these goals the Sales/Account Executive will have to be strong motivated and dedicated team player in the sales team.
Qualification :
Minimum two years sales experience preferable from within the travel and tourism industry.
Proven track record in developing and managing multiple sales channels and strategic relationships
Ability to develop and implement sales and account management budgets and plans
Experience in presenting, negotiating, and managing complex products
Target orientated and focused on results
Ability to manage sales activities effectively, to build partnerships with related travel industry stakeholders
Functional knowledge of computerized distribution and reservations systems would be an advantage
A degree in travel management from a recognized travel institution would be an advantage
