General Requirements:
Male or Female (maximum age 40 years)
University/Academy Graduate
Has 4 years experience in the same field/position
Able to work in flexible working hours
Has a strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry
Has a customer satisfaction oriented

Technical Abilities :
Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet)
Capable to make MICE group proposal
Capable to accompany client's site inspection
Able to create unique/innovative MICE products/itinerary
Able to create incentive/meeting packages

Personality Requirements :
Has a strong character & leadership
Has a strong presentation skill & very sales oriented
Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill
Good team player
Able to work under pressure
2. INBOUND Manager
(INBOUND Department)

General Requirements :
Male or Female (maximum age 40 years)
University/Academy Graduate
Has 4 years experience in the same field/position (sales/reservation/operation)
Able to work in flexible working hours
Has a strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry
Has a customer satisfaction oriented

Technical Abilities :
Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet)
Capable to make program/offer/suggestion to client’s requests on hotels, tours/activities, dinners, packages, gifts etc.
Capable to improve the quality & speed of responses to all client’s requests
Capable to accompany client's site inspection
Able to create unique/innovative itinerary
Able to create leisure/meeting packages

Personality Requirements :
Has a strong character & leadership
Has a strong presentation skill & very sales oriented
Creative, motivated, outgoing & good in negotiation skill

3. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Manager/Supervisor
(PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Department)

Has a strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry

Capable to get the best contract rates from hotels, adventure/cruise companies and other suppliers.
Able to create unique/innovative products and packages
Able to update/improve confi tariff
Able to develop promotional materials
